This was her first real forward motion.  The first time she did it, she exclaimed, "I DID IT!"  I wish I had gotten that excitement on tape...

Pappy broke a glass, and Charlotte pointed at him and hollered, "He did it!"  Ha!  We tried to get her to do it again on video, but she refused to give up her partner in crime.

She is completely fixated on telling everyone she meets two things: "Garbage truck come Friday" and "Jumps are over."  The first is fairly self-explanatory; she loves to watch the garbage truck go by.  The second refers to how there is a bounce castle at playgroup on Thursdays and at the end of the play period, they deflate the castle.  So "jumps are over (until) next week."  She obsessively recites these two tidbits of information.

Right before I turned on the camera, I swear she held Kitty up to our OIF II print and told Kitty to look at the Army picture.  But then she moved on to other stuff.

Our friend apologized for giving this to her as a gift, but seriously, I will take the music notes over her whining any day.  (I love how she tries to play it when it's on the edge of the table.)

I caught some of her post-nap blathering on tape.  It's hard to hear because of the white noise and also because she has a pacifier in, but she is practicing her animals: "duck quack quack, what dog say? woof woof, bear say grrrrrr."

I'M FLUENT IN PANTS

I speak fluent Pants, so sometimes it's hard for me to tell if other people can understand her speech like I can.  This is a typical conversation, which I think is a lot of talking in complete sentences.  (For reference, Big Ears is a gnome character in the Noddy series.)
